What does MCT oil do?
You
have two types of fatty acids in the blood,
long chain, (LCT's, that's the bad fat,
the stuff that's stuck to your belly or
thighs).
Then
you have medium chain (MCT's, the good fat's),
and both produce enzymes that burn fat,
but LCT's don't make enough of them to keep
from turning to stored fat.
But
that's not true of MCT's...
