Hormone
researchers have long known arginine can stimulate
GH, and improve strength gains but... exciting
new studies are showing how to get a 700%
boost from arginine. In placebo controlled
experiments test subjects took arginine daily
for two weeks. Researchers found an increase
of nitrogen balance, an increase in circulating
Insulin like growth factor-1 as well as increased
collagen deposition.

findings however, came from using large amounts
of arginine: 250 mg per 2.2 lbs of bodyweight.
That's over 20 grams (5 tsp) a day for a 200

researchers have found... using lysine along
with Arginine accomplishes both goals. |
